Miles Mathewson

President

Miles Mathewson is a California-based philanthropist, art collector, and dedicated father whose passion for the arts and community impact has guided his work for decades. As Lead Fundraiser for the Shafranski Art Foundation, he helps cultivate the relationships and resources that expand opportunities for artists of all generations.

Elizabeth Wallen serves on the Governing Board of LCAD, the Collections Committee of the Laguna Art Museum, and is the founder of Pelican Art Circle. A passionate art collector and advocate, she is known for connecting artists, collectors, institutions, and philanthropists across the art world, fostering meaningful collaborations and opportunities that strengthen the broader creative community.

Josiah Jones is the founder of Valence Projects, where he bridges the worlds of art, branding, and marketing. With a talent for building strategic partnerships, he helps connect artists, businesses, and institutions to create opportunities that drive growth, visibility, and lasting impact.

Jodi Zeigler is the co-founder of These Days, a beloved bookstore, gallery, and cultural gathering space that has become a pillar of Downtown Los Angeles' contemporary art scene. As a production coordinator and community advocate, she brings people together through thoughtful programming, collaboration, and a deep commitment to supporting artists and cultural exchange.

Kelly Connors is a respected arts leader who previously served as Gallery Manager and Director of Operations at Jeffrey Deitch Los Angeles and the Hammer Museum. With extensive experience supporting artists, exhibitions, and cultural institutions, she brings deep operational expertise and a longstanding commitment to advancing the contemporary arts.

Svetlana Shigroff

Secretary

Svetlana Shigroff is an artist, designer, educator, and member of the LA Tactile Lab whose work bridges contemporary art, sustainability, and education. Through her tapestries, sculptures, and design practice, she explores themes of identity, trauma, and transformation while inspiring the next generation of artists as a professor of Fashion and Sculpture at Santa Monica College.

Stephen Zeigler is the other co-founder of These Days, a bookstore, gallery, and cultural hub that has become a cornerstone of Downtown Los Angeles' arts community. A professional photographer and community activist, he is dedicated to documenting culture, fostering connection, and creating spaces where artists and ideas can thrive.

Erin Kaupp is a copywriter and communications professional with a Master of Social Work focused on community impact. Combining expertise in storytelling, advocacy, and human-centered engagement, she is passionate about building meaningful connections and advancing initiatives that create lasting positive change.

Sean Andrews

Chief Executive Officer

Sean is an artist and entrepreneur who has become a steady presence in the Los Angeles art community. After earning his BA in Fine Arts from Loyola Marymount University in 2014, he spent several years in marketing before returning to creative work with renewed purpose. Co-founder of Shit Art Club and Shafranski Art Foundation, his influence is equally defined by the opportunities he has created for others.

Zac Hoffman is an artist, entrepreneur, and advocate for the arts whose painting practice has been exhibited internationally. As co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of the Shafranski Art Foundation, he is dedicated to expanding access, education, and opportunity for artists through exhibitions, grants, community programs, and meaningful industry connections.
